Thank Recycle Inc. started in 2007 with a small pickup truck driving up and down the roads looking for materials. We quickly learned that the bigger scrap yards refrain from paying fair, and we wanted to see that change. In 2016 we finally managed to open our yard where today, we not only pay our clients in cash for their materials but also purchase these materials at a value greater than the average price offered by our competitors.
How We Started
Anushka Kaluarachchi, the owner and operator of Thank Recycle Inc., has been working for the company since his father started it back in 2007. He not only has the industry knowledge required to provide his customers quality service, but is also driven in his mission to help protect our environment. Since taking over the reins of the company, he has managed to grow it tremendously, by paying his customers above-market pricing that keeps them coming back for more. He is very involved with the business and even calls his customers to let them know if the materials they usually scrap have gone up in value!
